Ruths walks explore woodlands, meadows, and coastal paths, sharing herbal wisdom, ethics, identification, and tastings. We learn about the science and energetics of the cleansing native plant medicines of Spring.
The new growth of springs fresh greens in bountiful. This early harvest is a time for purification, cleansing and renewal. We may discuss medicinal flowers, leafs, barks, fruits, fungi, roots etc- depending on what’s available.
This walk will take place from Newlyn Green, meeting beside the Newlyn Art Gallery at 10.30am. The walk will last between 1.5 – 2 hours and we will finish where we start.
